Frank Verdecanna
Frank Verdecanna has more than 29 years of experience working for various technology companies and a public accounting firm. He has been a Chief Financial Officer for more than 14 years with two different public and two different private companies. Since retiring in 2023, he has an interest in providing board or advisory services for growing companies.
Frank was a key contributor to two initial public offerings, over 15 acquisitions, $1.9 billion in convertible debt and preferred equity offerings, one divestiture in excess of $1 Billion, and led the sale of Mandiant for over $5 billion.
Prior to his retirement in February 2023, he was Executive Vice President and CFO of Mandiant.
